Welcome to Amaan Edmonton Towing. By using our towing and roadside assistance services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Service Agreement

• Our services include towing, recovery, roadside assistance, and related support.
• All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals.
• You must provide accurate details (vehicle type, location, issue) for proper assistance.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Quotes are provided upfront and may vary based on distance, vehicle type, and service complexity.
• Additional fees may apply for:
•        After-hours calls (10 PM–6 AM).
•        Heavy-duty or specialized recovery.
•        Long-distance towing (outside Edmonton).
• Payment is due upon service completion (cash, credit/debit, or insurance billing).

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before dispatch to avoid fees.
• No refunds for services already rendered (e.g., if tow is completed).
• If we cannot fulfill your request (e.g., unsafe conditions), a full refund will be issued.

4. Liability & Responsibility

• We exercise utmost care during towing but are not liable for:
• Pre-existing vehicle damage.
• Mechanical failures unrelated to our service.
• Items left in the vehicle (secure valuables beforehand).
• Customers must disclose hazardous materials (e.g., fuel leaks) for safety.

5. Insurance Claims

• We cooperate with insurance providers but do not guarantee claim approvals.
• You are responsible for providing insurance details and paying upfront if required.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Request illegal tows (e.g., repossessions without proof of ownership).
• Misrepresent vehicle conditions (e.g., hiding damage).
• Harass our staff (verbal abuse will result in service refusal).

7. Dispute Resolution

• Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service.
• Alberta courts will govern unresolved disputes.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
